At the heart of Nubank's brand lies its exceptional customer service. To uplift and motivate the customer care team, the company organized a remarkable event known as the XForum.
In 2019, I had the exciting opportunity to collaborate on the development of the event's unique identity.
Inspired by the magic and incredible experiences brought to life by the dedicated team, our team conceptualized an identity that would capture the essence of this special day. The design aimed to convey a sense of wonder, joy, and fellowship that reflected the team's hard work and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Through careful curation of colors, typography, and visual elements, the Xforum identity came to life, evoking a sense of excitement among the participants. Each detail was thoughtfully crafted to ensure a cohesive and memorable experience throughout the event.
